क्युआर कोडले गर्दा फिशिङको समस्या हुन सक्छ । ह्याकरहरुले भित्तामा, कुनै कोठामा वा कम्प्यूटर स्क्रीनमा कोडहरु छाडिदिएर गएका हुन्छन् जसलाई स्क्यान गर्दा नराम्रो साइटहरुमा पुग्ने गरिन्छ ।

यो प्रक्रियालाई क्युआरएल ज्याकिङ पनि भनिन्छ । बस स्टप वा अरु भिडभाडको ठाउँहरुमा पनि ह्याकरहरुले स्टीकर टाँसेर फिशिङ गर्ने गर्दछन् । अर्को तरिका भनेको क्युशिङ हो । यसले प्रयोगकर्ताहरुलाई चर्चित वेबसाइटहरुको नक्कली भर्सनमा लगिदिने गर्दछ । त्यहाँ प्रयोगकर्ताहरुलाई आफ्नो लगइन आइडी हाल्न लगाएर ह्याकरहरुले त्यस्तो जानकारी चोरिदिने गर्दछन् । ह्याकरहरुले निःशुल्क वाईफाई नेटवर्क राखेर पनि क्युआर कोड स्क्यान गर्न लगाउने गर्दछन् । यसले गर्दा आक्रमणकारीले शान्त रुपमा बैकिङ र क्रेडिट कार्डको जानकारी चोर्न सक्छन् । सक्कली क्युआर कोडको कागजलाई हटाएर ह्याकरहरुले आफ्नो हानीकारक क्युआर कोड पनि राखिदिने गर्दछन् ।

Step 1: Change default login

Once your router is connected, you will be able to access your router settings through a web-based set up page.

1. The manufacturer will provide a URL with a login and password to access the router configurations.
2. Once you access this page for your router and log in with the default password, find the “administration” or “settings” section where you can change your password.
3. Select a difficult to guess password, with a mix of numbers, symbols and letters, and don’t use personal information or common words.

Leaving the login information as the default allows hackers to easily gain access to your router settings by going through all default logins.

Step 2: Use Encryption

There are two main types of wireless encryption

1. WEP (Wired Equivalent Privacy) is an older form and less secure, but if it’s the only available option on your machine, it’s better than not having any encryption. 128-bit WEP is better than 64-bit WEP.
2. WPA (WiFi Protected Access) is more secure and newer than WEP, and is available on more current machines. WPA2 is the newest type, and provides the highest level of protection.

Step 3: Change SSID

The SSID (Service Set Identifier) is the name of your network. The manufacture sets a default identifier like the default administrative login for the router settings.

1. While in your router’s web-based set up page, find your wireless settings.
2. Find the field labeled SSID.
3. Change it to a unique name.
4. Do not use your address, company name, or other identifying names like “Shri Residence” or “Finance Department of ABC Company.”

Like the default logins/passwords, hackers know the default names of different manufacturer’s SSIDs and will be one step closer in getting onto your network.

Step 4: Disable broadcasting

Wireless networks will “broadcast” its SSID so any computer within range can see the available networks in the area. In order to access a wireless network, the SSID name and password needs to be entered. By broadcasting your SSID, you’re providing important access information to your network. Disable the broadcast option so someone needs to know both your SSID and password in order to get onto your network.

1. You should be able to disable the SSID Broadcast on the same page you configure your SSID name.
2. Select the option to disable or turn it off.

Step 5: Enable Mac filtering

Every computer has a MAC (Media Access Control) address. Limit access to your network by only allowing specific computers to connect to it.

1. While in your router’s web-based set up page, find the Wireless section.
2. Look for MAC filter.
3. Enter the MAC addresses of the computers allowed on the network and make sure to enable, confirm, or turn it on.

Step 6: Reduce your WLAN transmitter power

You won’t find this feature on all wireless routers and access points, but some allow you lower the power of your WLAN transmitter and thus reduce the range of the signal. Although it’s usually impossible to fine-tune a signal so precisely that it won’t leak outside your home or business, with some trial-and-error you can often limit how far outside your premises the signal reaches, minimizing the opportunity for outsiders to access your WLAN.

Step 7: Disable remote administration

Most WLAN routers have the ability to be remotely administered via the Internet. Ideally, you should use this feature only if it lets you define a specific IP address or limited range of addresses that will be able to access the router. Otherwise, almost anyone anywhere could potentially find and access your router. As a rule, unless you absolutely need this capability, it’s best to keep remote administration turned off. (It’s usually turned off by default, but it’s always a good idea to check.)

भगवान बुद्धको आठ सूत्रः यसरी हटाउनुहोस् दुःख

भगवान बुद्धले यसको सूत्र दिएका छन् । अतः यहाँ उनको आठ सूत्र उल्लेख गरिएको छ ।

पहिलो, सम्यक दृष्टि । अर्थात जस्तो छ त्यस्तै देख्नु । कुनैपनि कुरालाई हेर्दा, मूल्यांकन गर्दा आफ्नो धारणालाई बीचमा लिएर नहेर्नु ।

आँखा निर्दोष छ, जसरी ऐना पनि त खाली हुन्छ । तर, ऐनामा धुलो पर्‍यो, फोहोर-मैला पर्‍यो भने त्यसमा देखिने प्रतिविम्ब वास्तविक जस्तै देखिदैन । फरक देखिन्छ । हाम्रो आँखाले पनि हरेक कुरा निष्पक्ष देखेको हुन्छ । तर, हाम्रो धारणा वा विचारले त्यसलाई भ्रममा पारिदिन्छ ।

त्यही कारण कुनैपनि कुरालाई हेर्ने दृष्टि सम्यक हुनुपर्छ । अर्थात यथोचित दृष्टि हुनुपर्छ ।

दोस्रो सूत्र, सम्यक संकल्प । यसको अर्थ हो कि, जुन गर्न योग्य हुन्छ, त्यही गर्नु र त्यसमा पुरा जीवन लगाउनु । अर्थात समुचित काम पूर्णताका साथ गर्नु । यस्तो संकल्प जो बोधबाट होस्, जीवनको प्रौढताबाट होस् । क्षणिक उत्साह वा मान्छेले के भन्छ भन्ने भावनाबाट होइन । बाहिरी उत्साह नभई आन्तरिक उत्साह होस् ।

तेस्रो सम्यक वाणी । जे बोल्छौ, त्यही गर्नु । भित्री एउटा कुरा, बाहिरी अर्को कुरा होइन । आफ्नो बोलीमा हृदयको अवस्था प्रकट होस् । जुन कुरा बोल्नुपर्छ, त्यही बोलौ । जति आवश्यक छ, त्यती नै बोलौ । धेरै बोलेर व्यर्थ समय नष्ट नगरौ ।

चौथो हो, सम्यक कर्म । अर्थात यथोचित काम । त्यही काम गरौं, जुन काम गर्न योग्य होस् । सार्थक होस् । यस्तो कामबाट जीवनको सार मिलोस् । व्यस्त रहनु वा केही न केही गरिरहनु आवश्यक छैन । गर्नु त्यही हो, जुन जरुरी छ । यसलाई बुद्धले सम्यक कर्म भनेका छन् ।

पाँचौ, सम्यक आजीव । आजीवको अर्थ आजीविका हो । दालभात त खानु नै छ तर आजीविका सम्यक होस् ।  विध्वंसात्मक नभइ सृजनात्मक हुनुहोस् । तपाईं बाँच्नका लागि अरुलाई पीडा नहोस् । अरुको जीवन नष्ट नहोस् । अरु कसैको अहित नगरी बाँच्नु नै सम्यक आजीविका हो । यदि कसैको अहित गर्नुहुन्छ भने तपाईंले आफ्नो लागि पनि अहितको बिजारोपण गर्नुहुनेछ ।

छैठौं, सम्यक व्यायाम । यहाँ व्यायामको अर्थ श्रम हो । सम्याक श्रम भनेको न त आलस्य हो न त अति कर्मठता हो । दुबैको मध्य मार्ग हो, सम्यक व्यायाम । त्यही जीवनको उर्जा सन्तुलित हुन्छ ।

सातौ हो, सम्यक स्मृति । नराम्रो विचार मनमा राख्ने होइन । राम्रो विचार मनमा राख्ने ।

आठौं सूत्र हो, सम्यक समाधि । अर्थात मन बन्द होस् र चेतना चाहि रहोस् । अर्थात जाग्रत अवस्थामा पनि आनन्दित महसुष गर्नु । हामी चेतनाको तहमा पुगेपछि केही न केही कुराबाट प्रभावित हुन्छौ । दुःखी हुन्छौ, खुसी हुन्छौ । यस्तो अवस्था सम्यक स्मृति परिधिमा र सम्यक समाधि केन्द्रमा ।

दुःख निरोधको अवस्था

जब हामीलाई महसुष हुन्छ, जीवनमा दुःख त अवश्यभावी छ । तब हामी यसको कारण खोतल्न थाल्छौ । कारण फेला परेपछि त्यसको समाधान खोज्छौ । आष्टांगिक मार्ग अनुसर सातौं-आठौं सूत्रसम्म पुगेपछि हाम्रो समस्याको हल हुन्छ । तब चौथो आर्य सत्य सुखको अवस्था आउँछ । यसलाई निर्वाणको अवस्था, महासुखको अवस्था जे पनि भनिन्छ ।

हो, यही अवस्थामा आएपछि मान्छेको सबै तृष्णा समाप्त हुन्छ । जसै दुःख समाप्ता हुन्छ, संसारको यात्रा समाप्त हुन्छ । यही निर्वाण हो, यही मोक्ष हो । जब ज्योतिमा ज्योति विलुप्त हुन्छ तब सूक्ष्म शरीरमा समाहित इच्छा, तृष्णा, अहंकार, अस्मिता ति केही रहँदैन । यही चार आर्यसत्यको माध्यामबाट भगवान बुद्धले चरम सीमासम्म पुग्ने मार्ग बताएका छन् ।

मन सबै प्रवृत्तिको अगुवा

शारीरिक लक्षण खासमा मनको लक्षणको रुपक मात्र हो । भगवान बुद्ध भन्छन्, मन सबै प्रवृत्तिको अगुवा हो । मन नै प्रधान हो । सबै धर्म मनोनय हो । जब कुनै व्यक्ति आफ्नो मनलाई मैला बनाएर कुनै वाणी बोल्छ वा शरीरबाट कुनै कर्म गर्छ, तब दुःख उनको पछि लाग्छ ।

जापानले नेपाली कामदारका लागि रोजगारीको ढोका खुला गरेको छ।
विदेश कामदारको नीति परिवर्तन गर्दै जापानले नेपालसहित ९ देशबाट विदेशी कामदार भित्र्याउने भएको हो।  जापानले दक्षिण एसियाबाट नेपाली कामदारलाई मात्र भित्र्याउने तयारी गरेको हो।
मंगलबार जापानले विदेशी कामदारका लागि १२६ वटा मापदण्ड तय गरेसँगै बाटो खुलेको हो।
तर नयाँ कामदार भर्नाको प्रक्रिया भने आगामी चैत १५ सम्म टुङ्ग्याउने जनाएको छ। जापानले द्विपक्षीय श्रम सम्झौता गरेर मात्र कामदार भित्र्याउने तयारी गरेको हो। 

एसिया निक्कीले आउँदो वैशाखमा जापानले कामदार भित्र्याउन परीक्षा लिने तयारी गरेको जनाएको छ।
जापानले सहरी क्षेत्र बाहिर कामदारको अभाव पूर्तिका लागि विदेशी कामदार भित्र्याउने नीति लिएको हो।
जापानले विदेशी कामदारको सहयोगका मुख्य सहर बाहिरका स्थानहरूमा एक सय वटा बुहसांस्कृतिक केन्द्र स्थापना गर्ने तयारी समेत गरेको छ।
यस्ता केन्द्रहरूमा प्रहरी, इमरजेन्सी सेवासमेत उपलब्ध हुनेछन्।  साथै बच्चा हेरचाह केन्द्रसमेत बनाउने तयारी जापानको छ।
जापानले कामदार लिदाँ प्राविधिक कामदार लिने नीतिसमेत तय गरेको छ।
१४ औद्योगिक क्षेत्रसहित नर्सिङ, निर्माण तथा सरसफाइमा विदेशी कामदार प्रयोग गर्ने जापानी तयारी छ।
१८ वर्ष पुगेका व्यक्तिलाई रोजगारीमा लैजाने र त्यसका लागि कुनैपनि किसिमको दलालको सहारा तथा कुनै रकम डिपोजिट राख्न नपर्ने व्यवस्था गरिने जापान सरकारले स्पष्ट गरेको छ।
जापानले नया नीतिसँगै पहिलो पाँच वर्षमा ६० हजार नर्स भित्र्याउने लक्ष्य राखेको जनाएको छ।

त्यस्तै रेष्टुरेण्ट क्षेत्रमा ५३ हजार भित्र्याउने लक्ष्य राखेको छ।

जापानले पहिलो पाँच वर्षमा ३ लाख ४५ हजार १ सय ५० कामदार लैजाने तयारी गरेको निक्कीले उल्लेख गरेको छ।  यीमध्ये वर्षमा झन्डै चालिस हजार कामदार नेपालको भागमा पर्छन्। आउँदा वर्षहरूमा यो संख्या अझै बढ्ने बताइएको छ।

नेपालसँगै भियतनाम, चीन, फिलिपिन्स, इण्डोनेसिया, थाइल्याण्ड, म्यानमार, कम्बोडिया र मंगोलियासँग कामदार लिने जनाएको छ। 

जापानका मुख्यसचिव योशोहिदा सुगाले कामदारका लागि नयाँ भिसा सिस्टम लागु हुने बताए।
‘यो प्रक्रियाले थोरै कामदार भएका कम्पनी तथा साना तथा मझौला कम्पनीलाई फाइदा हुनेछ। यो भिसा सिस्टम आउँदो अप्रिलबाट कार्यान्वयनमा ल्याउने तयारी छ’, सुगाले पत्रकार सम्मेलनमा भने।
सुगाले आफूले प्रधानमन्त्री सिन्जो आबेलाई सन् २०१७ को हिउँदमा अस्पतालहरू नर्सविहीन भएको रिपोर्ट दिएलगत्तै विदेशी कामदारका लागि ढोका फराकिलो बनाउन निर्देशन पाएको समेत उल्लेख गरेका छन्।
जापानमा पछिल्लो समय राजनीतिक अजेन्डासमेत कामदार अभाव बन्दै आएको थियो।
प्रधानमन्त्री आबेको पार्टीले स्थानीय निर्वाचनअघि नै कामदार अभाव अन्त्य गर्ने चाहाना राखेकाले पनि प्रक्रिया छिटो बढ्नै बताइएको छ।
‘आगामी वर्ष स्थानीय निर्वाचन हुँदैछ। त्यस्तै माथिल्लो सभाको चुनाव पनि हुँदैछ। यस्तोमा आबेको लिबरल डेमोक्रेट पार्टीले कामदार अभावलाई अन्त्य गर्न खोजेको देखिन्छ,’ एसिया निक्कीले उल्लेख गरेको छ।

 जापानले नेपाली कामदार लैजाने भएको छ । नेपालसहित ९ देशबाट कामदार लैजाने निर्णय जापानले गरिएको हो ।

मंगलवारदेखि जापान सरकारले लागु गरेको
नयाँ नीति अन्तर्गत जापानमा विदेशी कामदारका लागि जापान खुल्ला भएको छ । जापान सरकारले विदेशीबाट पहिलो ५ वर्षमा तीन लाख भन्दा बढी कामदार लैजाने निर्णय गरेको छ । जापानले नेपाल,थाइल्यान्ड,चीन, भियतनाम,इण्डोनेसिया, मंगोलिया लगाएत ९ देशबाट कामदार लैजाने भएको हो ।

विदेशी कामदारले होटल, कृषि, माछापालन, नर्सिङ, उत्पादन जस्ता क्षेत्रमा काम गर्नुपर्ने हुन्छ । नेपाली कामदारले पाउने पारिश्रमिक भने महिनामा ३ लाख नेपाली रुपैयाँ रहनेछ ।

नेपालीका लागि जापानमा ठुलो संख्यामा रोजगारी खुल्दै, ३ लाख बढी कामदार लैजाने तयारीमा जापान ! न्यूनतम तलब करिब २ लाख रुपैयाँ हुने

काठमाडौं । जापानले ३ लाख ४५ हजार विदेशी कामदार लैजाने तयारी गरेको छ । जापान सरकारले १८ वर्ष पुगेका नेपाल सहित ९ देशका कामदारहरुलाई जापान लैजाने तयारी गरेको हो ।

२०१९ अप्रीलदेखि नेपाली कामदार लैजाने भएको छ । जापानले नेपाल सहित विभिन्न ९ देशका कामदारलाई आफ्नो देशमा काम गर्न र बसोबास गर्न सहज हुने गरी कानुन परिमार्जन गरेको हो ।

नयाँ व्यवस्थापन अनुसार जापानले २०१९को पहिलो लटमा ४७ हजार विदेशी कामदार भित्र्याउने लक्ष्य बोकेको छ । श्रम रोजगार तथा सुरक्षा मन्त्रालयका सचिव महेश दाहालले भने उक्त विषयमा आधिकारिक जानकारी आई नसकेको बताएका छन् ।

जापानले नयाा भिजा श्रेणी अन्तर्गत जेष्ठ नागरिक स्याहार–सुसार, कृषि, निर्माण सहित १४ वटा १४ वटा क्षेत्रमा विदेशी कामदार लैजाने तयारी गरेको हो ।

जापानले भियतनाम, चीन, फिलिपिन्स, इन्डोनेसि थाइल्याण्ड, म्यानमार र कबोडिया गरी ७ मुलुकमा आवश्यक प्रवद्धन समेत मिलाइसकेको छ ।

जापानमा रोजारका लागि जाने श्रमिकको न्यूनतम तलब करिब २ लाख रुपैयाँ हुने अनुमान गरिएको छ ।

फेसबुकले साइबर आक्रमणकारीले प्रयोगकर्ताका अरु विवरणहरु जस्तै लिङ्ग, धर्म, गृहनगर, जन्ममिति र स्थान तथा हालै भ्रमण गरेका ठाउँ पनि सङ्कलन गरेको जनाएको छ।

यस आक्रमणबाट फेसबुकले सञ्चालन गरेका मेसेन्जर, मेसेन्जर किड्ज, इन्स्टाग्राम, ह्वाट्सएप, ओक्युलस, वर्कप्लेस, पेजेज, पेमेन्टमा असर नगरेको कम्पनीले बताएको छ।

क्यालिफोर्नियास्थित फेसबुक कम्पनीले यस घटनाका सम्बन्धमा अमेरिकी सङ्घीय जाँच ब्यूरो (एफबीआई), अमेरिकी सङ्घीय व्यापार आयोग, आइरिस डाटा प्रोटेक्सन कमिसन तथा अरु निकायसँग छलफल थालेको छ।
